Run a power wire from the positive battery terminal to the red power wire on your amp. Without extending the length of the ground wire if possible connect it to a clean ground connection as close to the amplifier as possible. Wire your speakers to the proper terminals, make sure you do not exceed the capabilities of the amplifier i.e. impedance matching. Connect the blue wire to the power ant or remote connection on the back of the radio usually a thin blue with white stripe or plain blue. screw amp to the car..enjoy

I cannot get my scanner to work. It says it is not connected to the network and I don't know how to do it.

1st thing that you have to check is the connection of your printer and your computer. is it USB? or Wireless?
For USB installation follow this steps (note: this is general installtion for all HP printers)
For win xp operating system follow this link: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c02283843&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=3737195&key=null&site=null
For win vista operating system follow this link: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c02283673&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=3737195&key=null&site=null
For win 7 operating system Please follow this steps: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c02282602&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=3737195&key=null&site=null
now if your done installing all the software and you are using the usb cable to connect it to your computer, but now you want to change the connection using wireless (infrastructure) Follow this steps
The printer should be connected to the network first! (this step is for all printers that has a wrench button on the front panel)
  • press the wrench on the front panel
  • look for network/wireless menu
  • press ok
  • look for wireless setup wizard
  • press ok
  • it will search for available networks in your house
  • you need to select your network, then press ok
  • it will attempt to connect, then it should be connected
if the printer is connected to the network you should have the message "connected to the network"
If your printer is connected follow this steps:
  • go back to your computer
  • run the disc
  • click on "add a device" button
  • it will ask you to select the type of your connection
  • choose the wireless connection (802.11)
  • then just follow the steps on the installation wizard
  • you should be connected by now
If you cannot connect to the network, maybe this is an issue with your firewall (windows firewall or anti virus firewall) download this tool to check if the settings on your network: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=4063&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&sw_lang=&product=3737195#N795
download the Network diagnostic utility
Congrats in advance! :D
