This phone is likely a GSM SIM card type phone. Likely the apn for Budget Mobile hasn't been programmed in. This setting must be saved in order for the service to work correctly on the phone. Go to "More..." under setting and then Mobile Networks. Here you select Access Point Names or APN. Even if the SIM has service this will need to be correctly entered in order to function.
Only changes you make (if any) will be what I show here.
T-Mobile US LTE
Your text and Calling should work correctly.
If not then Google T-Mobile US LTE settings for the full apn sheet.
Dear Amaxeen , Well It Seems the configuration problem ,you should have to configure your phone properly for that ,if you wanna to use its aal features you need to download proper drivers and manual ,so that you can use it smoothly.
You can download all stuff for your Sharp 903 , from this link:
Try other sim cards in the phone to be sure the problem is not from the sim. When you are sure the problem is not from the sim, try to reset the phones's factory settings. If it still does not work, then flash the phone. If the fault was detected to be a sim fault, then get another line of the same network, and call your mobile service operators. Hope this was helpful?
Most Samsung Mobile show signal tower even if there's no network accessible. I am not very sure about this model, but you can find out, install an expired sim card and check if the network tower is showing or not, or you can just power it on without sim card and check the status of the network tower.
If you suspect the Phone, then first try your sim card on another handset/mobile and make a call using the sim card. In case it's working, then the problem is with your phone, could be settings or could be hardware or software related issue.
Reset your phone settings to it's factory default by going to the "Restore Factory" or "Master Reset" and make the changes. Try searching the Network Manually and do check the network settings very carefully. With many Samsung mobiles, there's an option that allows us to select the Network Band, so verify that there's no band selection problem. You can make the changes after you go to the Network Settings. The simplest method is to Reset the Settings to it's Factory Default.
But is this handset able to use your sim?
You say the phone is brand new so where did you get it?
Most new phones have software on them that only allows them to be used with ONE network.
So is this handset on your network or has it been "Unlocked" so that it can be used on any network?
If your handset was purchased from a mobile phone shop they would have told you which network it is on eg T mobile.
This means that if your Sim you wish to use in this handset is 02 it will not work in your shiny new handset. All it will allow you to do is "Emergency Calls"
Or maybe it was purchased from somewhere like ebay and NOT from a reputable trader.
This could mean that the phone has in fact been stolen and the owner has registered it as stolen to their network.
If this is the case the handset would be BLOCKED from accessing ANY network so again would give you the "Emergency Calls" only option.
If you are sure that your phone is brand new and legal you can always have it "Unlocked" so that your sim card WILL work in it.
Phone repair shops or phone unlockers will be able to "Unlock" this for you for a small fee.
Maybe not the information you really want to see but I have to tell you all possible reasons. SORRY!!!
You need to register the SIM on the network, i.e. activate the SIM card. Try putting the SIM in another phone. It is likely that your Ericsson simply needs to be activated. But calling your phone company would be the easiest way, as they will be able to assist you best
hello sir, this emergency calls only is seen only when ur SIM is not activated or ur cell phone dosent catches the signal. Well it shows the signal full but thats the FAKE signal. If ur SIM is activated try the MOBILE NETWORKS in the SETTINGS option > Connectivity U will search for new networks and u will find ur NETWORK Operator
If ur SIM is invalid u wil continue receving the same message "emergency calls only"
