I hv a view sonic 19 inc lcd monitor ........while pressing any of buttons on monitor it showing OSD LOCKED pls provide me better solution to unlock

You can try the following, to lock or unlock OSD function: To lock the OSD, press and hold the MENU button while the monitor is off and then press power button to turn the monitor on. To un-lock the OSD - press and hold the MENU button while the monitor is off and then press power button to turn the monitor on. Hope this is helpful

The OSD can be enabled or disabled by pressing and holding the Menu button on the front panel for 10 seconds. If the OSD is locked, the warning message OSD Lock displays for ten seconds.

* If the OSD is locked, press and hold the Menu button for 10 seconds to unlock the OSD.
* If the OSD is unlocked, press and hold the Menu button for 10 seconds to lock the OSD.

How to unlock HP 1940 LCD monitor?? i try with holding menu button and power also..but didnt show me unlock...i hold like 1min even more...and its keep to blink OSD lock...and Main Menu on my screen.Can u tell what i need to do Thank you

OSD and Power Lock Settings
• OSD Lock: Press and hold [1] and the up arrow 􀁓 for 10 seconds. If any buttons are
pressed the message OSD Locked will display for 5 seconds.
• OSD Unlock: Press and hold [1] and the up arrow 􀁓 again for 10 seconds.
• Power Button Lock: Press and hold [1] and the down arrow 􀁔 for 10 seconds. If the
power button is pressed the message Power Button Locked will display for 5 seconds. With
or without this setting, after a power failure, your LCD display’s power will automatically
turn ON when power is restored.
• Power Button Unlock: Press and hold [1] and the down arrow 􀁔 again for 10 seconds.
