Hello there, I have a samsung VP-D352 camcorder which is not working at the moment. Whenever I put a tape in the display says "no tape" and will not do anything. I have tried with several brand new tapes but keep getting the same message on the display. I also get the same message when I try to use the 'player' mode to view a tape that has been used and I want to watch. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Nick.

The DEW indicator is normal behavior if the camera has, for example, been taken from a heated room to a cold external situation.
You will have to wait until the camera acclimatizes.
Internal mounting screws for the tape chassis may have come loose and can no longer hold the tape in the correct position. You will need to disassemble the camcorder to access the tape mechanism.

Will not eject!!! I have put in a fully charged battery and tried to eject it, it will not open at all. Please help me out if you can.
