I have a Sauter oven. When I try tuning it on nothing happens. No light,no fan,no heat. The clock display seems OK.I tried pressing the menu button several times.Nothing helps. What can be the solution?

I should suspect the fuse or circuit breaker that is supposed to power the oven if turned off.
It could be nothing more than a power surge from a lightning strike somewhere.
Find the electric box and check it out.
If the fuse or circuit breakers panel is good, remove the oven and check for current at the wiring that goes from the oven to the fuse/circuit breaker box.
If all that tests good, you have a problem with the oven control.
It may be "toasted". (No good)
God bless your efforts.

My whirlpool was stuck on the Lock switch. we used he cancel button but now it wont run. the fill light come on but nothing happens. I have tried unplugging it to reset the panel, but nothing helps

Double check there is power at the outlet. If no power, check circuit breaker box. If the circuit breaker "pops" after resetting, you have a serious electrical problem in the washer or wireing to the washer. Consider the age of your washer, cost to find a lightly used working replacement, vs the cost for repair tech. Ask for an approximate repair visit cost.

Why does the reset button on my air conditioner keep popping out when i plug it in

You are tripping that outlet's breaker. Either too much is on that breaker and circuit or that circuit is not big enough, enough current to power that unit.

When I push the start button, nothing happens. I have checked the breaker and the plug, both are OK. I just completed drying a load of clothes.

Having problem with my Electric Maytag. I push the start button and nothing happens.. The model bumber is pyet344ayw..

Have you checked the circuit breaker? I would start there. Dryers run off 220v, and sometimes only one leg of the breaker trips. so you need to flip the breaker all the way off, and then back on. sometimes the breaker feels off when it's not. make sure you completely trip it off then back on. Does the dryer light work? is there any indication that it's getting some power? If the breaker is fine and your still not getting power, then the next step is to make sure you have power coming to the plug behind the dryer. At this point you should only continue if your comfortable working with electricity. Once you move the dryer you can check the outlet with a meter, or other circuit tester. If you got power here, then you'll need to start checking things on the dryer. you can remove the plate where the cord goes into the dryer and look for loose or burnt wiring there. If that looks ok, then you'll need to start taking the dryer apart; front panel, top, back, etc, as needed to access the wiring and controls. From here you can trace the wiring from the supply to the controls and to the motor, etc. look for anything burn, If nothing looks out of place you can start checking temp sensors, or fusable links. If this is above your head, then stop where your not comfortable and have checked by a service tech.

Dishwasher does not turn on. it is plugged in but

These are just some possible solutions that are worded for general assistance, I'm sure you have checked many of these things but others may not have;

The circuit breaker in the electrical panel may need to be reset. Hopefully it is labeled and will be easy to find without cycling power to everything else in the house.

The dishwasher may be on a GFI (ground fault interruption) circuit. The outlet may have a reset button on it that needs to be pushed or the circuit breaker in the electrical panel may have a built in GFI that needs to be reset.

Many dishwashers are installed with a light switch in the vicinity of the unit that is used as a disconnect. The light switch will cut power to the dishwasher if turner off. The switch is sometimes above the counter and sometimes below the sink.

There is also the possibility of a faulty On/Off button or dishwasher circuit board.

32'' Panasonic television. Power switch does not turn the set on.

1 It appears that connecting cable is faulty. Normally when you connect and push the power switch the standby light should lit. Try the cable on another appliance and see its function. Also switch on the TV and try to switch it on with your remote control.

No electricity

I would check to ensure you have power to the dishwasher and that the door is closing/secure properly.

(i.e, Plugged-in properly under sink/back or washer, check for tripped circuit-breaker, and door latch is grabbing properly)

Doesn't start

Check the door switch. Also it could be bad contact in the timer.
