Have only had for one year. Now is sporadically brews a whole cup of coffee. Sometimes not at all, sometimes half a cup. Thinking I probably need to clean somehow. I only use filtered water with it.

Hi,
Use approx. 1/2 cup of coffee to 10 cups of coffee....so for a full pot use 1-1/2 cups... then adjust to taste..

Keurig Coffeemaker says to descale. How do I do that?

Hi, unplug the coffee machine and remove the cup.

Turn the coffee machine upside down over the sink in order to fully drain it of water. Be careful of the plug and avoid getting it wet.

Pour undiluted white vinegar into the reservoir up to the top edge of the viewing window.

Place a ceramic cup under the machine, plug it in and press "Brew" for a large cup. Pour the cups of vinegar into the sink and repeat the process until the reservoir is empty.

Remove the final cup of vinegar and empty it. Fill the coffee maker with clean water and allow it to sit for four hours, remaining on.

Unplug the machine and dump the water into the sink.

Fill up the reservoir with fresh, clean water and plug it in. Place the ceramic cup back on the drip tray and run multiple brews in order to rinse the machine of any remaining vinegar residue.

My keurig platinum will pump the water, say ready to brew, but when I press brew it will not do anything. It is like glued on the brewing cycle.

I have to press the brew button 3 times to get a cup of coffee. I don't get it, it's only 1 yr old. I have a salon, and have sold many of these, just by telling my clients, how wonderful it is, and brewing...

Perhaps it is a domestic machine used commercially, in which case it has probably served you and your clients well however, try replacing the switch actuator and if under 12 months old, have a go for a warranty repair!
