Hello,

the mouth piece of your phone is faulty. This needs to be replaced for other people to hear you when on calls.

You can use an hands free (ear phone) to make and receive calls still you replace the mouth piece.

I wish you the best of luck.

Take care.

When someone calls me on my i465 phone they can hear me but i can not hear them it been like this for 3 days so now i i have to use my ear piece

The earpiece volume could be too low to hear. Try adjusting the volume using volume keys on the side of the phone while on an active call (try dialing the number for checking your balance/available minutes)
If this doesn't fix the issue, the problem could be network or handset related.
Call your Service Provider on a different phone line for them to troubleshoot the phone.

I can not hear anything from my caller

i think what you speak will be heard by the persons who call you ...

you cant hear there voice because there is some loose contact in the speaker(ear piece) or it is dead or broken ...

if you are good at opening the handset then open it and refit the ear piece speaker correctly or if there is a problem in the speaker then it can be solved by replacing it ...

if you no idea of opening then just visit the technician he will do it but he may take some service charge for that ..

but the ear piece speaker is not at all costly it is very cheaply available ...

check the call volume while on call once before you do the above ...

i am sure you will be able to play the music ... dont just get confused because there will be 2 speakers in the handset one is the ear piece speaker which is used to hear the calls and one more is the loud speaker from which the music, etc will be heard ...

thank you

regards

Have you raised the volume while you are on a call as this is the only way the ear piece volume increases.
If this doesn't work then I'm affraid you have a faulty earpiece
