I took the bolt out of my browning A Bolt 22 Magnum rifle to clean the rifle. I accidently dropped the bolt and now I'm afraid the bolt is in a different condition (i.e., closed) and I can not seem to get the bolt back in to the reciever. I have tried to return the bolt to the reciever with the safety on and off. I also know about the left side of the reciever and the bolt release latch (for lack of the prop[er term) Thanks! Point muzzle in safe direction.
Make sure it is unloaded chamber and clip !
Push safety off ( forward )
Pull trigger and pull bolt out at the same time.
Or sell to me ( have FFL ) just sold a 513 T that was to heavy for a old man.
