Its time you backup your data and contact Dell to get your hard drive replaced (in case your computer is in warranty) else order for a new hard drive compatible with your computer.

You will need your Windows CD that came with your computer, if you did not get it contact Dell about the same.

Most likely your hard drive has died, taking all your data with it. Nothing you can do to fix that apart buying a new hard drive and reinstalling Windows on it.

Open my computer then you see in bottom your camera device.
open it then you see your camera.
Then if you want to take picture you see in left side" Take a new picture" click on it so you get photo.

You can use your cam with yahoo and other im.
You can view your cam to other people with IM.
