All you have to do after installation is to go to playstation network and download the demo or file you want to.After saving it goto the place where the file is downloaded and double click it.Connect your psp via usb and turn on usb connection.Your game will start downloading.Also make sure that you have 4.05 FW.

You can't use flash player on the psp. Meaning you are trying to watch a video while using your psp internet. This is not due to not having flash but not having enough cache memory to see it online so instead it only makes it seem as if you need flash but if you go into the internet settings you can see that it actually has flash and if you want it enabled or not.
