I have a nokia 5310 cell phone. i manage to do all the necessary things to reset the setting ive even hard reset. then i tried to see if it already done, still the error message storage not ready then all the message that i think that its been deleted but the problem still there.....

i recommend you to do HARD RESET on your phone. For that you need to do the following

• Enter the code: *#7370# and press Yes to confirm initialization.
  • Important Notice: It is recommended that you save all important information on your phone (e.g: memo, contacts etc)
• To make a Hard Reset on a Nokia phone that is not willing to turn on, just press simultaneously these 3 buttons:
• on/off + * + 3
  • Before making a Hard reset better backup all your important information: contacts, memo...etc

Try soft reset and see your problem gets solved else go for hard reset
SOFT RESET-*#7380# this will take you to restoring factory
setting.


HARD RESET-*#7370# this will take you to restoring factory setting.Will erase all datas including contacts and memory details.please take back up before you do this..

For soft reset type *#7780# For hard reset type *#7370# and if it ask passcode enter the passcode as 12345 as default.Please backup all your data if you performing hard reset because hard reset deletes all data on your phone like contacts,messages,music,videos and photos

If you mean how to reinstall firmware then visit your local mobile softwre guy he will fix it up. Or you can try the master reset option in your mobile.

Dear you should reset your phone hard bcaz if u try to soft-reset,code will be ask to do reset So u have to do a hard reset of your phone.

u must have set a password earlier..... try to remember it or else u can hard format it.....

Go to 4shared and download "reset nokia security code" software. Put your IMEI number in it. It will generate the master code for your mobile. Do not keep your sim card in your set while entering it. Before even trying it, just remove your simcard from your handset and try the default pincode. Mine is nokia 3110c it has code 12345.

If your phone is blocked. You will have to take it to your nearest network provider outlet to get it unblocked.

If your sim card is blocked. You can go to your network suppliers website, where you can obtain the puck code to unblock the sim.
