That mean your MIC has been corrupted if the other person cannot hear you better change by yourself. If not refer to the nearest mobile service centre to change it.

This is a hardware problem. Try to remove the battery and plug in after some time. If that fix it,it' great unless you need to send it for repair.

It might be a issue with IC's, might be blown or soldered out or might be the microphone in the cellphone might needs a replacement/repair.
