Try this for a start:
Turn key to P2 mode. Turn power off at wall for 5 seconds. Turn back on at wall. Turn key back to R or REG mode. You may have to log back on

Good old machines. Off the top of my head, I think you might need to make sure you are logging in a clerk if you change a clerk name. Some are set up for cashiers so you would need to change cashier name if you log in a cashier
Just get the manual and try to study it though I have to say you need a technician to assist you. It is not an easy machine and performs better than most computer tills
Hi. These are usually NRGTs (non resettable grand totals). They are like the odometer in your car, and they just keep adding up. They are usually ignored because they do not relate to your daily record as such. If you have the programming manual for it, there may be a way to force a GT clear, but I haven't found a manual for this model and it is getting on a bit now.
