go to setting or opinion then got to language part and you should be able to change to language from there

you have downloaded chinese version of google chrome download english english version of google version , be sure to select language before downloading select english langugae

ohh..i had a friend too who bought a chinese brand touch screen cellphone. .something about he just accidentally dropped it and the thing didint work back again..ever..like **** ..what the ****..just sayin that chinese brands are like not that gOod

Unfortunately you wont be able to replace the LCD screen..You will have to purchase another mp3 player..I hope this helps..

sounds like a hard drive problem and only the manufactuer mostly handle these repairs as its not worth for the repair centers to buy all the parts and stuff like expensive equipment as they have so many types of these units. Please contact the factory at 1-800-237-4277, 1-800-BE SHARP Good Luck
