My Samsung YP-Q2 got wet. It says Touchpad error booting, but it is not booting, then screen goes blank. tried reseting on back, but still nothing.

Have either of you both tried downloading the drivers for the device?
I used the included CD which had also some software which I don't use... Drag&drop works for me!!

1. You need to have Windows Media Player 10 or Higher.
2. have the software installed, if you do not have it, you can get it here.

Is easy but be carefully...take the mp3 over the screen you gonna see a crack, with somethin very thin remove the screen and you will know if is the battery.
I had the same problem and it was the baterry. remove the battery and put only with the electric.
