I went on Amazon last week for the exact same issue. Mine was an older model though so I couldn't get replacement parts. I did however see a link under their Safety 1st products for replacement parts for video monitors. Try there. Good luck!

I have a safety 1st video monitor, model no. 08280. Since yesterday, the hand held parent unit displays a white screen when trying to view the baby. I have unplugged, checked batteries, charged them up...

Good Evening

The light on the camera unit not being illuminated indicate this is where the problem lies.

Ensure that the camera unit is plugged in and press the power button on the camera unit. If the camera unit does not switch on this is what has failed and you require a replacement - please contact your retailer. If the camera unit switches on and the parent unit is unable to establish a connection follow the instructions in the user manual to add a camera.

The Screen on my Saftey 1st Hegh-Def Digital Video Color Monitor will not turn on

Good Evening

Is the unit plugged in or are the batteries fully charged?

If so, and you cannot get the screen to work, how old is the unit? If it is under 12 months old please contact your retailer with proof of purchase and ask them to request a replacement under warranty.

I have a Safety 1st digital thermometer model # 10428, I want to know how to replace the battery.

According to the 10428 manual from Safety 1st:
"When the battery is exhausted. Dispose of the thermometer as the battery is non-replaceable. Be aware of any local regulations concerning disposal of this product. The battery cover
is sonic-welded to the main housing of the thermometer, the battery is well sealed inside the thermometer to reduce the risk
of being swallowed by children."

Does the monitor that stays in the bedroom need to be plugged in to the power supply at all times cause as per instructions and unplugged it loses charge. this is on the safety 1st digital monitors

Does the monitor that stays in the bedroom have a battery? Many monitors do not have a battery in the base.
Check for a battery: If there is one, it probably needs to be charged for at least 12 hours. If there is no battery, it needs to be plugged in to function.
