I have nokia 5220 xpressmusic hand set, my problem is that during the calling day before yesterday my call become break two time, automatically phone switched off after that my cell phone is not in working. When I would like to switch on the set, hand set become start but blank screen appear.

try to do a reinitialisation with *#7370# and if you never change the security code put the default one which is 12345 and its done..

Try to reset your phone to factory setting.

Important: To proceed to reset, the battery must be full and the
mobile device connected to the charger. If during the course of reset,
the mobile stop receiving electricity it can ruin the internal flash
memory of the mobile device and stop function.

If during this reset process it requires code, input 12345 as Nokia master reset code

Your Firmware is going damge due to break installation or what ever. but solution is that you attached your device with computer and upgrade software via NOKIA PC Suit. but remember don't break usb cable and power off pc during upgrading or installation on your handset.
