Question about Cameras
Some cameras allow you to format the card from the computer. To do this, connect the USB cable of the camera reader to a computer. When you do that
the memory card wil appear as a drive in my computer. Just right-click
on it and click format. Choose the type of format as "Quick format" and
click the start format button. Safely remove the hardware and see if the issue is resolved. Otherwise you can just insert the card into a card reader and follow the formatting procedure mentioned above . If you do not have a card-reader, you can purchase one at your local computer or mobile phone store for about 5-10$. I recommend that you get a multi card reader that can read various types of cards

You need to format the card.
Insert the memory card into the system and this will be displayed as the mass storage device in my computer. Right click over the removable disk and then click format. It will format the memory card.
Then insert the memory card into the camera. Now the camera will not show the error message.
Hope this helps.
