I've installed Windows 2000 and applied ALL updates from Microsoft. I want to use wilreless adapter WG111 USB 2.0 and installed the software and connected the USB. BUT, the software wizard won't start and got a message during the install that this software does not contain a microsoft digital signature. Tried in windowsupdae.microsoft.com and no luck.

I followed the cd and did everything it prompt me to do. I get good reception between my computer and the other router but the network is not connecting. It also say that there is something wrong with the parameter, help?
The error you get from Windows about the digital signature is normal. This only means that windows hasn't tested and approved it. just as the Netgear guys will tell you, the wireless adapter is compatible and will work fine. When you get that message, you'll usually allow it or continue with the installation.

Since you already did a uninstall and re installation of your adapter and still the same problem, you may want to try updating the driver of the adapter, so uninstall and reinstall the adapter using the latest driver from the manufacturers web site....
Hi, please check the status of the adapter using the steps below:
1. Click Start and go to 'control panel'. 2. Double click on 'system'. 3. Click on 'hardware'. 4. Click 'Device manager' button. 5. Under 'Network Adapters' you will find the name of Netgear adapter.
Check if it shows installed properly or shows with an error code.
You may try installing the adapter on another machine to isolate the issue further.
