You can only delete the Recent Destinations and destinations in the Address Book, the Sat Nav will still store destinations you have entered and as new ones are entered the older ones will fall off the system when maximum is reached.

usually they come with a disc that needs to be installed on your PC, then when you connect your device you should be notified of any updates. Failing that, try going to their web page, or drop them an e-mail

The navigation wont work on my binatone x350 for some reason,everything else works except for this,any ideas?

The software needs reloading, if it is under 12 months old and you have the receipt, contact Binatone on 0845 345 9677 and they will organise for this to be done under the warranty. If the Sat Nav is over 12 months old or you do not have the receipt they can still resolve this for you if you pay £32.99 which will include brand new software and the latest maps available- it's worth it rather than purchasing a new Sat Nav!
