Go to http://www.driverguide.com/ and type in the type of wireless keyboard and mouse set you have (it should be on the part you plug into the USB on your computer) and you should be able to find the software you need, if not try going to their web site and finding software there http://www.logitech.com/
You need installation disc, if you have lost the CD, than go to this site Driver Update Software for XP Vista 7 8 and download their update tool. I hope I helped.

If you have both sets of keyboard and mouse plugged in, turn off the computer and remove the old mouse and plug in the new mouse. Reboot and if necessary use the keyboard to login. Once windows is loaded let it detect the new mouse and then shut down again. Take out the old keyboard and reboot. You should now be able to use both new pieces without problems.
The GE mouse came with a Receiver that goes into a USB port after the CD software program is installed. During installation the program will ask you to plug in the receiver into a USB port. This is when to do so. Then it should work properly.
hi, you should have got a keyboard/mouse software cd. try installing the software and you should be able to set up those buttons through the software. If you dont have the s/w, you could go to http://hp.com and try downloading it from the website.
