I don't have the orginal remote for the JVC vhs. I have a Toshiba TV remote that will on screen program so I can use the toshiba remote to operate the JVC vhs. I need the infared codes for the JVC vhs to program my toshiba remote.

These are the setup codes for Toshiba TV: 0159 0178 0109 0120 0181 0105 0049 0095 0170 0260 0358 0394 0924 0012 0095 0117 0141

Just buy one universal remote control which have set up codes for Toshiba, or an orginal one from the authorised service center for Toshiba.

you must select the input in your vhs. usually its a line input (wether 1 or 2). try to find it also using your supplied remote for the vhs. good luck!
