So now we know what it stands for. Now how do we call for heat? Can we do this ourselves?

That link should be to your model. When you click on the link for your manual (installation instructions)l, if it doesn't download. Right click on the link, and select download
So what is the problem?

Have you tried using a fine emory cloth to clean the ignition wire terminal? Sometimes oxidation builds up on them, and they play heck making contact. CFH is call for heat, and SPK is spark. Clean or replace the ignition wire good and see what happens. The clicking sound is probably the electronic ignition trying to spark.
Looked on the net, but couldn't find these codes, and noone reported any problems. It could be a temperature sensor- that is the cheapest thing to try first. If that doesn't fix it, it could be a faulty ignition unit.
Here is a good web blog of these systems, and may assist you:

SOURCE: Hi, The pilot won't light
I am thinking it could be the relay. The relay directs the power to the device. In most devices it is the one that makes the 'clicking' sound.
