Check the exhaust and air intake for any blockage or sag that may hold some water in it. Also check the condensate hoses for any blockage. You may also want to check the small hose that goes to the pressure switch for moisture. You could also have a bad or weak combustion fan not pulling in the pressure switch.

Vulcan ducted heating system 530 E (5 years old) have replaced AAA batteries on remote control but still not working. Thanks Michael

You have to recode the remote to the heater if the batteries have been removed for more than 3 minutes. On the comfort control will the remote is in a off state turn the heater off at the power.

While off press and hold the up button and the on/off until code appears then release buttons and turn the power back on to the heater.

When code disappears from the remote turn on the remote set the temp higher than current temp and combustion fan should start up then heater will fire up.

If not repeat process as they are easily corrupted by other remotes.
