Question about Vacuums
Don't know which power head you have, but if there is a base plate, take it off, you should be able to get to the debris from there. If not, remove the screws from the bottom and remove the top. Some also have a cover over the brush roll, remove it and then you can get to the brush roll and inlet. It stalled the brush roll, that is why the motor won't turn. Some have a reset on the back of the power head and it most likely tripped, just push it back in.
