Thanks for sending this through - and so promptly! The diagnostic section of the service manual doesn't cover my fault - I have no activity at all regardless of which buttons I press. I have a DD603, there was a major leak and the flood alarm went off. Leak was due to the top drawer not closing, I've fixed that and dried it out but now it's dead. I checked the chassis board and there was a burn mark where a short occured (look slike the water got quite deep) I relaced this PCB with a spare but it still will not turn on (both drawers dead) Does this mean it's the ECU? To be able to send mails, you have to be logged in to the account. Only then you can send the mail. But when btinternet.com, is a POP3 and STMP server provider, it could be you deleted the settings for the POP server or they are changed one way or another. Please check or fill in both server settings in your browser(s) see if they are correct, or renew them.
This works for outlook 2013 but not sure if its the same for outlook.com....Go into the account settings and click on 'more settings' go to the 'Outgoing Server' tab and make sure 'My outgoing server requires authentication' is ticked. Hope this helps.
Hi, Which manual are you looking for service or user. Also is the model number (DD603) correct? Just back to me and I will send you what you ask for. I may have to switch computers to send it.
Josh, you will need to have a Tech out to look at it... F/P will not sell you parts to repair it. The F1 indicates that the flood switch has been tripped. There are many possible causes for this but probably the upper drawer link support has broken and is getting stuck between the lid and the drawer in which case you will need a new lid and link support.
