Kindly ensure that the paper guide is set correctly according to your paper size, like 81/2 x 11 or letter size.you will find this when you first place your paper it is like a guide on either left or right side

if not chances are it wil come out crooked and distorted

hope this helps

When pages come out of the copier the image is printed crooked. The paper comes out straight, so feed is correct. Image is just crooked? Why?

Does this happen when you using the document feeder?? Try placing the original document on the big glass see what happens might be you document feeder needs to be adjusted or the original document is hitting a obstruction in the path as it is being scanned. Does it print OK? Vise copy?

Most likely to be a page feed problem, look online to clean page feeder rubber rollers.
Try here for the pdf manual which covers problem with jams and skewing

We replaced all the rollers and print cartridge and the lines are still crooked. When we do an engine page it shows just how crooked the lines are. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Crooked lines on engine test page point to laser scanner problem. This is a serious repair. Could be either the laser scanner or the engine control board.

If I could see a sample, I could be more certain.

Printing crooked, blurred, bad roller?

Sounds like when you pulled out the paper jam, you misaligned the print carriage. That would produce both the noises you hear and the print quality issues. HP.com has a few web pages on their site that might help. The first one deals with noisy print carriages. Unfortunately, it's not dedicated to just your product, but the steps should generally apply:

Resolving Noisy Print Carriage Issues

There's a separate web page available for troubleshooting crooked or skewed printouts:

Printed Text or images are Crooked or Skewed

If all else fails, unplug the power cord from the printer, wait 20 seconds or so, then plug it back in. That should restart the printer and make it go into a self test which may include a realignment procedure. Watch for any error messages on the display on the printer's control panel. Sometimes to realign, it prints out two test pages and instructs you to place the first printout on the scanner bed and then press Enter.

Go to the following web page and when it opens, scroll down to the section "Replacing the print cartridges", and find step 9 in that section for alignment instructions.

Replacing Print Cartridges

Good luck.

Printing is crooked on the page...otherwise prints beautifully

Sounds like the print head / ink cartridge is not seated all the way. Open the door and check it. It also may be the wrong print head / ink cartridge. If you replaced the print head / ink cartridge recently, you may have the wrong one for your device. If it is a off brand or refilled print head / ink cartridge it may be damaged or incorrectly identified.
