Hi,
Many times a freezer and/or refrigeratordo not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many otherthings that can go wrong.
If you are hearing a clicking or buzzing thencheck out the last two tips.
If your refrigerator is running but warm, then...
Check out these tips that I wrote about that... it is a great place to starttrouble shooting your unit...and something that you can do rather then callinga repair person to do a simple thing for you...

Thanks for the idea to use the compressor to blow the condenser coils clean. It worked really well.
Here's my deal: the icemaker stopped working about a week ago. We rarely use ice so that was no big deal, but two days ago we realized the freezer was not "freezering". There is cool (not cold) air blowing in, but nothing is freezing. I did notice that there was a bit of ice around the plastic chamber at the right rear so removed that. We unplugged ole Bessie last night hoping to shock her into working this morning, but alas, she is still playing tricks on us.
There is NO clicking (as suggested above re the compressor). What the heck are we to do?
If you have blow the Dust Bunnies out a 'Ole Bessie and she still hasn't got the guts she used too, then she has sprung a gas leak.....yeah, she runs on gas (freon) and if you get even the tiniest of leaks she will not work correctly....she will blow cool, but not cold air....
It sounds like this may be the problem....if so then it will be best to retire her rather then trying to fix her...
