Check this video it goes through checking and replacing magnetron, capacitor, diode and fuse. It will be one of those. Check the safety instructions in the description.
if the temp indicator light comes on and/or oven fan circulates then its most likely the heating element. if neither then its thermostat or selector switch...
Cactus Bob Is WRONG. I've had these replaced; and then, when it happened subsequently, bought the part and replaced it myself. You have to take the entire thing apart. but it can be done.
I had the very same problem. I slid the oven out of the wall about 6" or so, unplugged it, plugged it back in. It worked. I'm not sure if I jostled some connection, or if unplugging/repluging it in reset some sort of circuit fault.
