You can download the drivers for Canon MF4150 from Official Canon Site. Click here and go to 'Drivers & Downloads' - Select the Operating System you have on your PC (e.g. Windows XP) and you will get the drivers and software for you printer.

Unless you know somebody with the same model you probably can't get another copy of the cd. However all is not lost, you can get all the software that was on the cd from http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&fcategoryid=124&modelid=14444
click the drivers and downloads tab about halfway on the page, and select your operating system from the dropdown list (windows xp for example), and the available driver and toolbox software will appear.
According to their US web site, (type "snow leopard" in the search window in the center of the screen), drivers for OS X 10.6 will not be available until about the end of October.
search "imageclass mf4150 cd" in google.(without the quotes)
see if you get anything.
