I presume you can see the motion sensing red LED or laser beam shining under the mouse. If not, that has gone bad, and it would probably be more economical to replace the mouse than to attempt a repair.
If the light is on under the mouse, try cleaning the lenses (both LED and photoreceptor) with a cotton swab dampened with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol). Don't scrub, just wipe the optics gently until clean.
I think you are facing pairing problem, solution is here,
First of all please understand ‘what is pairing’
Pairing is theprocess of coordinating your mouse's transmitter with your mouse's receiver. Itrequires both parts to operate on the same frequencies, usually by using thesame identification code. Pairing takes place to try to eliminate interference. Some devices automatically pair both devices at start up; others need to bemanually paired.
Step 1.Plug in RF DONGLE into USB port,
Step 2. Put the batteriesin mouse (in right direction, see batteries. Direction symbols in the battery compartment +/- signs) andplace the batteries. Cover,
Now you can see thered light glowing on the bottom of the mouse, now your mouse is ready topairing
There is two buttons for pairing the mouse
BUTTON 1 – this on the RF DONGLE, top/up side
BUTTON 2 - this is at the bottom of the wireless mouse,
NOTE- after pressing button-1, one time, your RF DONGLE willbe ON SERCH MODE for 7 seconds,
Step 3, now press BUTTON 1, one time, and move the mouse, ifmouse curser is not moving then press BUTTON 2 one time – now defiantly yourmouse will work,

The reciever for this mouse does not have a light, however, your USB might be a dud (on your computer) so try another port. Also replace the batteries inside your mouse with new ones. This should fix the problem. Then reconnect them with the button on the reciever. Also make sure to hit the power button on the bottom of the mouse. If this does not work, then your mouse if fried and you need a new one.
Okay, a coworker had this problem and it was a fairly easy fix, first, plug the USB reciever into a direct USB port, then pess the connect button on the underside of the mouse, when the red light starts blinking let go and then press it and hold, and at the SAME TIME press and hold the connect button on the receiver until both the receiver light and the mouse light turn on steadily, and voila!
