If your copier models is Konica minolta Bizhub C350 reset the error code: Turn OFF the copier. Press and keep pressed the Utility key and turn ON. Keep pressed the Utility key and wait will Trouble reset message displayed. Release the Utility key and touch the message. Turn OFF the copier,wait 1 minutes and turn ON. If the code persist enter in the service mode,select counter,select service call condition and read the trouble code description to lacalizate the truble. If your copier model is KonicaMinolta Dialta CF3102 or OCE CS 220 the code C0096 refer to Transfer belt separation.
Open the front door with the machine on, get down on the floor and look up on the right side of open area there is a slanted section in that slated section is a small hole you will not see it standing! With a small screwdrive gentle push the small switch located in side the hole that will reset the code if it comes back DO NOT RESET the copier is telling you something is wrong with the FUSER UNIT the HOT part continued reset might catch the machine on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day. C-0F36 on the bizhub C350 means the machine has registered a really low toner density in the Black Imaging Unit. I'd take the unit out, give it a shake and pop it back in. Also worth checking you have some Black Toner in it. Good luck
