Hello, You are proper uninstall audio driver and reinstall audio driver. because sp2 batch file different and sp3 batch file different. so may be audio batch file not match. If not solved then you reinstall windows and proper install all drivers.
You need to access the control panel of your router and chnage the radio channel it is using. Usually autmatic defaults to channel 6. Try different channels to see best result.

i dont know what you tried but using the driver installation disc locate and reinstall the driver or go to the manufacturers website to get the drivers also restar the laptop or simply run system restore if this has been ok before the chnages ware made to your laptop
Try to uninstalling and reinstalling but do it ffrom with in the desktop Tomtom software, make sure you update to the latest version of TomTom desktop software first.....hope this helps
