Need part number for the teac x-1000r, old belt is broken thanks
You can get a FRESH belt kit from here. Cost you $10 plus some post. There is a new pinch roller listed against this old girl also could be worth replacing at the same time when you service the deck.

I have used the MCM belt 42-3030 to fix these decks- I just finished one last night with that belt. I have been repairing these decks for 40 years so far and the X1000R will need more than just a belt.
They have some parts that need lubrication and some electronic parts that need replacing I have found on many machines. The Flywheel should be removed and oil placed in the bearings for proper function. The speed has to be calibrated when you change belts or do any work on the unit- How do I know this?
