Ipod nano 8GB waiting and frozen problem

Hi dear friend's and experts

i have a problem with my ipod nano a1236 8GB ,
my problem is this just when i turned it on,

i don't know why this happens
but i know that i have formatted it for the first time with XP (fat32)
shouldn't i do that?

it just keeps freezing and doesn't do anything

i wonder if somebody tell me what to do with that!

Very, very silly move. Apple builds Mac's so why would they use windows formatting?? Search for and download a trial version of the program macdrive. This will allow you to look at drives as though they were on a mac and also format them. Plug in your iPod. Find the right drive letter for your iPod, right click on it, and select 'Format Mac Disk...' Then itunes should see your iPod and you can restore it.

Sorry but I have to ask, is this an original iPod or a Chinese clone?
If it were a clone, pls try:

dead player recovery;
upload firmware.

It it is an original:

update the unit

You have to hold the power button (off button) down for about 6 seconds :O) before it switch off. The same you do when you have to switch it on

I would suggest agains posting your serial number on websites like FixYa.com
