Keep saying unable to locate hardware - Digi 002 Rack FireWire-based Pro Tools LE External Sound System

unable to locate hardware is what my mac says.all lights are on

I found the download you need at Asus' Global site.

Make the selections as pictured...

Choose your Operating System from the dropdown...

Scroll down to Audio and click on the + symbol to see your audio driver.

Download the driver from oficial web page as your wireless card, decompress whit universal extractor
when new software window appear say it located by your selft and give to the program the rute where you decompress the driver.

Did you connect your webcam to your PC before you started your installation? Most of these hardwares expect you to install the software first. They will ask for the hardware later on during the installation.

Also, check you have used the correct driver for the OS.

sound driver problems

go to control panel and add hardware option if it dects the process should be fine from then on !

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Then run the Device Manager.

GO TO STAERT AND CKICK ON IT ... WHERE IT SAYS "RUN" TYPE IN CHKDISK. ALSO CLICK "START" AND CLICK ON "SEARCH" SEL;ECT ALL FILES FOR SEARCH AND TYPE IN CHKDISK .... THIS MAY TAKE A WHILE. IT WILL SHOW EVERY LOCATION OF CHKDISK. CLICK ON EACH ONE AND CLICK OPEN OR RUN. ALSO CHECK ADMINISTRATOR/USER TO MAKE SURE YOU ONLY HAVE ONE. ITS LOCATED UNDER CONTROL PANEL. GOOD LUCK
