Question about Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W Laser Printer

Won't pick up the next sheet of paper

This problem is well described for this model, but nobody has ever proposed a solution. It's not the paper sensor, because it actually TRIES to pick up the next sheet, but whiffs, twice, then stops.

While it doesn't always work, this problem seems to be helped by keeping the tray as full as possible. It has more trouble picking up pages when the stack is low.

Lexmark X4550 all-in-one Paper feeds only half way then jams

I'm not Lexmark certified; however, paper motion fails are generic in nature. Paper motion fail can be a bit difficult to diagnose at a distance...
* If it jams at every sheet then check to insure there is not a bit-o-paper stuck from a previous jam.
* If it has been an issue that has been increasingly getting worse than I'd replace the pick-up roller(s)
* Lexmark's support page for your printer is below. (You can also find a service prover too)
* Parts order for your printer is also below. You can determine at the support page if your comfortable replacing pick-up rollers in that model printer.

* Frequently people tear a jammed sheet when it comes out leaving pieces behind. BAD! When you get a torn sheet in your printer insure you retrieve all the pieces. Those left behind guarantee a jam on your next try.
* Paper jams not caused by debris in the path or worn pick-up roller(s) is beyond user maintenance.

Printer says paper jam, But there is no paper jam.

I will ask where does the sheet of paper lie inside the printer when it jams or is there no sheet of paper to be seen. Next question does the printer actualy pick up a sheet of paper. if not may be worn\ missing grey rollers, which can be seen by removing paper tray and looking in and up. There are 3 main sensors usually one at the paper pickup from tray, next one half way through( under a plate which is under the toner cartridge) and the last one is on the fuser at the rear, although the last one normally gives the alarm message " jam in fuser area" check these sensors out for sticking or not free.

Helloo my problem is pape jam machin show j21 / 00 how i stop this

You have not provided your printer model, nor have you described where the jam occurs, so you get a generic answer for the most common causes.
1. The printer tries to pick up more than one sheet at a time. This is caused by a worn-out separation pad on the paper tray (usually this is a small square of cork sheet).
2. The paper does not enter the printer properly because the pickup roller is worn out.
3. The paper turns to the side somewhere in the printer. This is caused by a foreign object (usually a shred of paper) at the point where the paper turns. Sometimes you can pick the offending object out without major disassembly - you may have to make a hook out of a piece of wire to get it.
4. The paper accordion-folds at a roller set. The roller set is worn, or there is a problem with its drive gear. Accordion jams at the output roller were the most common mechanical problem with HP Laserjet 4 printers as they aged.
5. In the early days of computer printers, paper sometimes had a tiny burr on one end that would hang up and snag along an extra sheet on pickup from the tray. The fix was to remove the paper stack and turn it around so the burrs were on the other end of the tray. Sometimes fanning the paper stack before putting it in the tray would help. Paper manufacturing has improved since then, so these problems are relatively rare today, but if you have an old box of paper reams, it could be an issue.

My Brother MFC-7820N has trouble picking up sheets of paper

Hi! I just recently noticed that the 7820N has an "extension" piece at the back of the paper tray. This extension should be pulled all the way out and the blue paper stop adjusted accordingly. Otherwise, the loose extension piece will slide out from the rear of the printer when the tray is slammed in, and the paper will not be where the the printer expects it to be.

Other than that, check that the pad at the front of the tray is clean, and that the plastic small roller next to it rotates freely. Also, try cleaning the rubber rollers that are located inside the printer above the tray with a damp cloth.

Miss feeds when print multilpe pages

The paper feed solenoid is sticking, it can be seen thru a hole in the back with the door opened. Not easy to get to, but I have been able to bend the stop tab slightly and run just fine.

Won't pick up next sheet of paper

Use some Q-Tips and alcohol to clean the rubber rollers just above your paper stack - they get dusty and sometimes won't take the next piece of paper.
