Dear Sirs, I'm living in Belgium and got a Kodak Pulse photoframe as a gift.By unpacking the activation code was partly teared off. Can you provide me te activation code. Serial number:KCML010I02880.... ? Activation code: 28EG7...... ? If you can't provide me the code,where can I get it. Many thanks in advance Rik Olbrechts

You don't need to use the activation code on the box. Power up the Pulse frame, and follow the on-screen instructions. A new activation code will appear on the screen, and you can use that instead of the one on the box.

You might be able to contact Kodak and offer them a proof of purchase. I'm sure that they can help you out with the Activation number.
