there is a tool you can use, "ccleaner" its a free download from filehippo.com and will allow you to uninstall stubborn programmes.

people just put it the phone number to make it easier to read...

assuming you are dialing FROM the US,

Dial:

011

<country code>

<area code, or whatever they call it>

<number>

Example: to call Brazil (country code 55) in the Rio de Janeiro area (area code 21) to phone number 123-4567, i would dial:

011 55 21 1234567

Try holding the [POWER] button for about 25secs. and it will turn off. It should work after that. :)
