My friend took his computer apart to put the mother board and all it's componits into another tower!, I can figure out the simple things but some of the wiring connecting to the mother board I can not figure out?. Do you have a photo of a wired computer to give me a rough idea how to wire this computer?.

How do I take apart the New Bright Power Horse Tower Crane TC36 to fix the tangled strings inside?

WOO HOO I FIGURED IT OUT!!!! You have to pull it apart from the base up. First thing I did was take off the feet. If you look down the tower potion you can see a screw. Then u took off the tower. I figured out that if you just lined up the black square portion it would have come apart with just the one screw. Anyways now there is 2 more screws to get. 3 total to take the new bright tc36 tower crane apart. They are hard to see, but once the base is off you can get at em. Good luck everyone.

Hi, "Santa" was nice enough

Starting at the wood cut tower moving clockwise. Tower is 6. 6 to 7 to 8, L2, 9, L4,10,L5,11,fits into tree trunk, 14, (12 connects to the junction) 1, 2, (joins to 13 from the log over.) L5, 3, L4, 4, L4, 5, connects to 6, the tree tower.
The logging tower rails. Connects from 4 to 18, then the tall tower, the rail, the small tower, 17, L2, 16, L4, 15, the tall tree tower, 14, L4, 13 and that connects to No. 2.
L2 is the lowest support. L4 is the middle size. L5 is the tallest.

Dell dimension 8300 no power

Bad news:

In my experiance you have a fried mother board.

Question are you getting any display from your monitor - if you are there is hope - if not the same thing that took out the power suply has probably fried the motherboard.

The only other thing I would sugest is to flash the BIOS - either locate JP1 or remove the battery (looks like a whatch battery) and cross the terminals with a screwdriver - re-install the battery and see how it goes.

Point: No display = no motherboard.

Good news is that the RAM, Procesor and other components are probably good.

Gateway hd2200 monitor

The problem with the monitor is the power inverter board. I took my monitor apart and tested all the power outputs. The ones going to the main board where ok but the ones going to the backlight where different. I changed the three capacitors on the power board that where located between the two heat sinks I think it was the 1000uf and the two 470uf. They looked ok but when i tested them they where off. Next on the opposite side of the board with all the little componites there are a few dry joins that you have to resolder. If you cant find then you can just resolder the whole back board it should only take 30min. If you have no idea what i am talking about i would not sugest taking the monitor apart.
