Help 2 things 1) my sansa e250 plays through one side of the earphones only 2) how do you put music on the player

hi!we have read your problem..since you said there are possibilities for viruses in your device you may format it completely first.secondly upgrade your device using the software provided in the cd which came up with your device.next use an original antivirus software , clean up your PC, and try again..hope your problem will be tackled.have a nice day.

2.try to copy again..
3.if it does not work tell me what sansa you are using

The 260 you can remove the screws on back cover and remove the battery and replace to reset, not sure on the 250, you might also want to go their website and download the latest firmware updates.

The songs are in the wrong format - you will have to load songs in mp3 format or WMA's THAT HAVE TRANSFER RIGHTS

the price is pretty similar, the size would be my main concern. The e250 is wider and heavier then the c250, but the interface and the scroll wheel might be worth the extra bulk, if size isn't an issue, and you wanna be able to play videos then the e250 is the one. if you want something small just for music on the go c250 is your toy.

Do you have Rhaposody? I had this happen to me. If you have Rhaposdy try reauthorizing your device. This worked for me. If this doesnt work, try contacting Rhapsody or Sansa.

you will have to go to the srichtonize thing nd right click on music and press delete then it will help you

Call Sandisk and tell them about your problem. I had the same exact problem. The headphone jack inside is loose. Talk to Sandisk and don't worry about the box, the customer is always right. But after they send you a new sansa e250, sell it on ebay and buy a durable mp3 player like the iriver t10 series. My old iriver dropped on the floor plenty of times and it's still working after 3 years.
