My guess is that the pen just needs the batteries replaced. You only change the tip when it wears out from drawing a lot. there sould be some software that lets you change the button configuration on the pen. look on the products webpage. should find some software to help you out
Have its battery electric shock by a phone technician, probable cause is that your battery is being depleted and now needs to be shock.
Or here is another way to resolve your problem (this is just to make sure your phone is still working and not just the battery is dead), if you could borrow from someone else same battery with your phone then try it first. If you find it working then I can give you two places where to go.
1. Go to phone store and buy a new battery (if you dont care about your old battery) or
2. Go to a Phone Technician and have your battery reconditioned.
Try reinstalling it, And also change the battery in it, but it has to be the same kind. And go to your settings and change the sensory thingie, like if it says 'Light' And yours is verry clost to that, then move it to 'Heavy' And then It will do it better and wont do that when you move your mouse of the screen.
I do not think that you have to replace anything yet. But do uninstall the pad and after a reboot, reinstall it. This way you would obviate the damage caused by any virus or SW malfunction. Such things do happen sometimes.
There is two sections of the pen. *I have the same tablet from what you described.* Twist and pull gently apart the two sides of the pen. It will open, and the battery pops out.
hey i also had the same problem and had no clue what to do, when i checked i had stupidly put the battery in the wrong way!! this may not be your problem but you could still give it a try! : )
You can try the pen drive on another computer to see if the data is accessible.
Otherwise you may be able to get it working again if you format it. Formatting will erase anything that is already on it. Just right-click on it's icon in My Computer and chose format... If it still doesn't work after that then it has an electronic fault and will never work again. This can happen if the drive gets shocked by static electricity, or if it gets pulled out of the computer while it is reading or writting.
