you have not activated mms in your phone firstily you does activate mms....................if you have multimedia phone then you can activate mms from call to customer care.........only the customer care activate mms in your phone......... you call customer care number and ask him how actvate this service..........you can see that picture from this link which is............http:/www.smart.com.ph/MMS.
