As you stated that you have purchased HTC HD2 from UAE it is obvious
that Windows have recommended a separate OS for Arab countries with
Arabic as default language and hence the default apps will always be
displayed in Arabic language. To get rid of this I would like to suggest
that you should check for a new Windows OS firmware (for US) from HTC
website or take your phone to the HTC service center.

It would be in the settings menu somewhere, obviously without someone who speaks Arabic it is almost impossible for how to get there. I would consult your instruction manual for how to change language and just follow the template, if you follow the steps in the manual although the language is different the steps should be the same. Or go to your closest service provider.
