My computer wont detect my logitech webcam and everything is connected

Go to this link, select your operating system, download, and install. You may have to restart but after that everything should work.

it could be your usb input on computer went bad. or turn off computer then restart with "usb" in its port so computer can detect it,,or try returning it if faulty!

Dear User,

Load the installation CD in computer. Choose your language, accept the licensing agreement and follow other on-screen prompts.

Connect the Logitech webcam's USB cable to your computer. A few minutes may pass while your computer detects its new hardware. A screen should then appear with an image from the newly installed Logitech webcam.

Follow on-screen prompts as the installation program performs an audio configuration.

installed the camera driver

Disconnect webcam
Uninstall software
Restart computer
Go to Logitech site and identify your webcam
Download software - connect webcam when prompted

Very particular to install....if you done wrong everything goes wrong

Do not install the web cam before installing the program (very pikké)

Reinstall following the steps then Reboot

ok..go to start...control panel..system...cameras..make sure it's there first..

got backup for your computer?

try to plugg it into a different USB port, if that dont work then go back to the place where u bought it, tell em u got it for christmas so thats why u dont have a receipt and u ll get a new webcam cuz that one u have is internally damaged.

Have you tried instlling the 10.5 drivers instead of the 10.0 which comes with the retail box?

Are you connecting it directly to the computer, or through a USB hub?
