Hi laxuman,

Perhaps your phone is in Silent mode. make sure your phone is in general mode by entering the menu and then go to settings then go to profile and just edit General settings and set everything to ring and vibrate and then activate General mode, for an easier way just press the power button once on top of your phone and enter general mode.

if all does not seem to work try this method, SAVE ALL YOUR IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS into your memory card then on the home screen typ " *#7370# " and this should restore everything for your phone in new condition.

If that number doesnot work try " *#7870# "

Because you didn't give your phone's brand and model number just try the below listed tips.

1. Press the # key for 3-5 seconds
2. Make sure that the volume is turned up
3. Go to Menu--Settings--Ring tones--Voice Calls--Select your ring tone--OK

One of these will give you an audible ring.

My phone I can assign a specific ring tone to each phone #. So annoying numbers I have assigned them as a Mute ring tone.

When you edit a phone number, it should give you options as to blocking, assigning a ring tone, saving etc.

Ive blocked my sim and i need a puk code, i dont want to ring orange as it will cost me alot to ring them
ring your carrier and give them your details and they will give you the puk code and enter it then the phone will say make a new pin and renter new pin


also if u dont want to ring them maybe you can do it online thats the only to options i can think of

if you ring up your service provider they will give you the 11 digit puk code for your phone you can ring them for free if somebody else is on same network or you can ring them off landline and they will give you this number over the phone for free if you write it down you can use it next time i will have a look and if i can get it i will post it on here for you but i might not get it without your no witch i dont think you should post on here best thing to do is give them a ring hope this is some help......................................................
