Hi All you need to do is to put off your phone,remove the battery and sim card then loose the phone with a phone screw driver,insert a plastic tool to seperate the screen from the motherboard,remove the old screen,be careful not to scratch or smudge the new screen.
Then place the replacement screen back into the motherboard,then fix the front cover and couple back the phone.
the flip and slide phones have these kind of issues. the strip that connects the screen to the circuit board is either fully or partially broken. check it by some repairman and if it is slightly broken, maybe he will repair it to less cost. the breakage also depends upon the rough usage of slide/flip function of mobile.

you have broken or cracked the screen. if there is no more damage than the screen and you don't already have some kind of warranty that will cover this you can fix it yourself.
I searched the internet for you so you can easily see what you need and how you fix your phone. this is not a hard project just make sure you search for quality parts the ones listed is just for reference to show you about what it will cost approx $20.00 also ebay is the easiest and most plentiful place to find parts.

Friend, the LCD connections is broken especially the lcd interface or your LCD is broken and needs to be replace.thats the only problem no other parts 100% sure
press left key press right key press down key once press ok/center key twice that will erase sent
press down key 3 times insted of once erases all messages
I have seen lots of LCD Screens cracked or broken on an LG Shine. A replacement screen can be bought for around $20 from Ebay. And the process of replacing it yourself if rather simple. All you need are a small philips screwdriver and a plastic tab (guitar pick) or a fingernail.
