    ok i have looked up MAGIX. I have also done a cross refreance of the phone number given. I have learned that the number to contact them has been registered to a person that ownes the company. but is not regestered to the compnay. it is just used for the company.

    Erhard Rein this is the person that ownes MAGIX. in this post i will be giving you the address of this person as well. I do believe that you need to send him a certified letter.

    This is what the letter should say:

    Your name,

    I am sending you thins letter in regards to the video rescue software that I have purchased from your web site.

    I have not recieved any product from you or your company. This is why you are recieving this certified letter. Every time i try to contact you at any of the numbers listed on your web page i get a recording that say,all of our customers reps are busy please try again later.

    I have tried both the numbers.that are listed and have not been able to contact you regarding this matter.

    Also If i do not hear from you within 1 weeks time of delivery of this notice I will have no other option but to pursue legal action against you and your company......

    that is what the letter should say. but it is my belive that you have been taken or scammed out of your 79.99 that you put up for the software......

Maybe a file in the usual program or configuration directory was locked by another program (e.g. antivirus scans) when you were removing the old edition of Magix Edit Pro; that would leave directories like /Programs/Magix and /Data/Programs/Magix and possibly registry entries (call up RegEdit and delete (or export and then delete) the old items pertaining to Magix or EditPro) around blocking 17 from coming in. Just rename those vestigial directories so they won't be in the install's way. Then retry and report...success?

This behavior may occur if the outbound security of the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) virtual server or the outbound security of one or more SMTP Connectors are set incorrectly
To verify whether this is the cause:
  1. Open Exchange System Manager.
  2. Expand Servers, and then expand ServerName.
  3. Expand Protocols, and then expand SMTP.
  4. Expand Default SMTP Virtual Server, and then expand Queues
Remote Delivery Queues will be displayed in retry mode (A Blue Arrow).

To view the description of the queues in retry status:
  1. Right-click a queue in retry status, and then click Properties.
  2. The upper status box should read, "Retry, Remote delivery".
  3. The lower box should read, "The remote SMTP service rejected AUTH negotiation".
Using DNS for Delivery
  1. loadTOCNode(2, 'resolution'); By default, Anonymous access is the default setting for sending SMTP mail by using DNS to all Internet domains. To resolve this behavior:

How do you remove the covers of the britax renaissance Si? I really need to wash them. I cant see how the cover comes off.

It is very fiddly and difficult to put back together again.

My 14 year old Daughter recorded a song "Frozen" about a year ago for me on my Magix 2005 and I saved it. When I went to show her a tune I made up on Magix, her song somehow disappeared or...

Try searching your computer for the file name "frozen1000000.HDP". It may be that it was just moved to another location so when Magix looks for it in 'C:\Magix\mm2005_deluxe\HDP\' it cannot find it.

I'm not sure what version of Windows you are on, but you should be able to click the Start button then Search from the menu on most versions. If Windows XP, choose "All Files and folders" from the left-hand side once Search opens and type in the file name in the top field "All or part of the file name".

Do you backup your computer? If so, you might be able to recover the file from backup. If not I would start backing up your files ASAP!! That way if you lose a file in the future, you can recover it.
