The Samsung Kies program may work for you. Install the app (link below) then connect the phone with a USB cable (phone end is probably mini-usb - cord available at Walmart, 5 below, Dollar Tree, etc.). There is a Kies tutorial at the bottom of the download page.

There have been some reports of Kies not working sometimes, so the other option is to get a mini-sd card, install in your phone, transfer photos there, and then to your pc.

Samsung provides a free program called Kies 3 that you can download and install on your PC. Using it, you can connect your device to your PC using a USB cable and it will check and see if you can upgrade the firmware. If you have this option you can choose the upgrade option and Kies will download it and do all the rest. I upgraded my Galaxy's O/S using Kies and it worked flawlessly. I don't think I'd trust any old source of firmware. It could be loaded with viruses. Using Kies guarantees authenticity and suitablity.

When I had an S2, there were two ways that I could pull pics and audio off of the phone. The simplest was just to use the correct cable to connect the phone to a USB port on the computer (mini-USB to USB should be the one)...Windows will investigate and then recognize your phone, and find/install the correct drivers in your system to enable to phone to communicate with the computer. Then click the "Start" button on your PC...when the menu pops up click on the word "computer". A window should open that shows all of the drives and extra stuff connected to your computer, and one of them should be the phone. You would double click on it and then find the folder in it that has what you want. Drag and drop it into whichever folder you want on your PC hard drive.
The other method (which I initial;ly hated but now much prefer) is to download the program called Samsung Kies from the Samsung site. Install the program. Then start the program. Connect your phone the same way as I previously described. As with th first example, Windows will investigate and then recognize your phone, and find/install the correct drivers in your system to enable to phone to communicate with the computer. At this point Kies will be able to recognize that a Samsung phone is hooked to the computer, and you should then be able to up or down load files to and from your phone through the Kies interface (you will have to learn how to use the Kies program, though- it works kinda like a simple version of iTunes, but for Samsung phones). I have used Kies with an S2, an S3 and now a Note 3- the newest version is definitely the most stable and works perfectly.

When the page loads up there should be a button saying "Download Kies" it should be under the bit that says how to upgrade. You need to click that button and download Kies. Kies is a program that all new samsung phones are using, once download has completed and you have installed kies it gives your computer the essential drivers it needs to recognise your phone. The website also explains how to connect your phone after the installation is complete.

i think you do not now how to flash the bios.
first you need the program "wbflash.exe" also you need the xxx.bin file (thad are the bios data) in the program you have to select the xxx.bin file for update the bios if you have done the program screen wil checq the bios and ask for saving old bios if you say yes than thad wil be done after thad you can update the bios with the new one (xxx.bin)if this are done you computer wil restart and the yob are fixed.
NOTE LOOK OUT !!!! if you do not have the right or rong bin file and you update your bios with it the computer wil restat and wil not turn on than you have a bigger problem and it are not reversebile .
only update the bios if you have problems with the computer other wise leave it.
