I have dell latitude e5400. F4 key, there is number 9 in the box, what it is. Also over the keys F4 F5 is three keys, first 9 in box, second A in box and third down in box. In my computer the 9 in box, the light is turned ON. What should i do to get it OFF.

Down on the tool bar at bottom of screen right click and a menu will pop up or it will be right there on the tool bar and disable it from there if not go control panel and disable it from there.
You should be able to turn both of these on using one of your function keys, and the number keys across the top. The wireless symbol should be F5 (it is on my laptop) so hold function (bottom left key) and hit F5, that should start your wireless.
Please check the Backlight in BIOS. To go to BIOS, restart your system and start tapping the F2 key. Check if the backlight is fine or not. IF not , you need to get the LCD replace.
